Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) lies between Ahmedabad, Gujarat's main business city, and Gandhinagar, the state capital. It sits on the bank of the Sabarmati river, next to the Gandhinagar Bypass Road and close to NH 48.
The planned city covers about 886 acres, including the 261-acre Special Economic Zone that houses GIFT IFSC. It is connected to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar by road and by the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar Metro.

From Ahmedabad Airport
Leave the airport towards the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar Road and head north towards Gandhinagar, then follow the signs for GIFT City. An alternative route uses Airport Road and NH 48. Both take about 25–30 minutes (18–20 km).
From SG Highway
Drive north on SG Highway (NH 147) past Vaishnodevi Circle towards Gandhinagar and follow the signs for GIFT City. From Vaishnodevi Circle it is about 20 km (around 25 minutes); from ISKCON Cross Roads allow 40–50 minutes.
From Gandhinagar
From Mahatma Mandir, Infocity or Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station, take the Gandhinagar Bypass Road south-east to GIFT City – about 7–13 km, or 11–20 minutes.
